Shipping & Cancellation Policy

My Cozy Wear has a flat shipping rate of $10.00 and all orders over $75 qualify for free shipping! You should expect your package within 1-2 weeks of when your order was placed. Please contact mycozywear@gmail.com for any concerns about your order status and/or further questions.

We accept all order cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase, providing the order has not been shipped out yet. You can also always return or exchange your order once you have received it. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns, but you can receive store credit if the product has not be worn/used and is shipped back within 2 weeks of when you received your package. For further information and instruction, please email mycozywear@gmail.com.

We accept all exchanges within 2 weeks of when your package was received, and that it has not been worn/used yet.
